Williams Gallagher is looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic planners as well as a part-time team administrator:
senior planner (2-5 years post-RTPI qualification);
associate director of planning (5-7 post-RTPI qualification);
part-time team administrator (property / real estate experience preferred).
Williams Gallagher is a small but established town planning consultancy based in the West Midlands. We advise clients on projects across the length and breadth of the UK and in 2021 experienced significant growth. We are therefore at an exciting stage in the development of the company and are looking for client-focused, commercially minded and ambitious people to help shape its future.
The successful candidates will work on a varied range of challenging projects including the promotion of and submission of planning applications in respect of commercial, residential and mixed-use developments and the provision of advice to clients across their portfolio of assets. We will expect planning candidates to be client-facing from the outset.

The successful planning candidates will be a member of the RTPI or RICS (Planning & Development). The team administrator will need to have experience in bookkeeping and a working knowledge of Xero.
