Williams Gallagher has secured unanimous planning approval for Phase 2 of Exchange Square on behalf of Nikal.
The scheme is a major city centre regeneration project and will comprise a hotel, residential (approx. 330 apartments) and a mix of ground floor retail / leisure in a development of between 9 and 35 storeys. The scheme will provide the link between the existing Central Business District and the planned HS2 Terminus.
Our appointment on Phase 2 continues a successful working relationship with the team at Nikal having previously delivered Phase 1 whilst at Savills.
