New homes in Birmingham City Centre

We are delighted to be working with Ryland Estates Investment Ltd on their regeneration project for Bristol Street/Bromsgrove Street/Essex Street.

Designed by Stephenson Hamilton Risley Studio, the development will provide 550 apartments in buildings of 7 storeys fronting Essex Street, 11 storeys fronting Bristol Street and a landmark 40 storey building on the Bristol Street/Bromsgrove Street corner each arranged a central landscaped courtyard.

A planning application will be submitted to Birmingham City Council later in the year.

Public consultation will be held between 2:30 and 8:00 pm on Tuesday 25 July at 18-20 Bristol Street.
