We are the retained planning advisor to Ellandi on its national portfolio of shopping centres.
We provide planning strategy and application advice across Ellandi’s portfolio ranging from day to day asset management works through to major repurposing and densification schemes - the largest of which currently extends to 850 units providing a mix of co-living, build to rent and market homes.
We are also pursuing schemes with a mix of residential, student accommodation and additional leisure opportunities as part of Ellandi’s Future Places initiative. This includes a 381 bed student accommodation scheme (working with Studious Investment Management) and providing advice in connection with town centre master planning exercises in Yate, Folkestone, Kettering, Chelmsley Wood and Chester.
Matthew has previously been awarded Ellandi’s Advisor of the Year.
