We are a retained advisor to Chase Park Properties Ltd to provide advice in respect of various development opportunities and assets focused primarily on but not limited to sites and premises in prime market towns in the south of England.
We have most recently secured planning permission and listed building consent for works to a neglected Grade II listed premises in Sevenoaks Town Centre. This has facilitated the conversion of the upper floors to residential and the refurbishment of the ground floor retail unit which has recently been let to Clarendon Galleries.
