We are retained as an advisor to Ellandi in connection with Highcross Shopping Centre in Leicester.
Highcross opened to the public in September 2008, combining an extensive refurbishment of the former Shires shopping centre, together with a 61,000 sqm mixed-use extension.
Today, the Centre is anchored by John Lewis and has over 100 shops on 2 levels of malls offering premium fashion, technology, beauty and homewares. There are also more than 30 F&B units, 2 multi-story carparks and a 12-screen Showcase Cinema de Lux.
Ellandi is currently embarking on an exciting project to reinvigorate the asset which will add new retail brands, modernise the environment and reimagine the F&B offer. We are advising on this project alongside day to day asset management activities.
