On behalf of Masshouse Developments Ltd (Nikal) we have submitted a full planning application for Phase 2 of Exchange Square. This is a major city centre regeneration project including a hotel, residential (approx. 330 apartments) and a mix of ground floor retail / leisure in a development of between 9 and 35 storeys.
The project comprises a Birmingham City Centre site that provides the link between the existing Central Business District and the planned HS2 Terminus. Our appointment on Phase 2 continues a successful working relationship with the team at Nikal having previously delivered Phase 1 whilst at Savills.
