Williams Gallagher has secured full planning permission for a new mixed-use development including a foodstore and apartments on Cricklewood Broadway, Barnet.
The development will comprise of a six-storey building (ground and five floors) with a 35,000 sqft retail unit for Asda Stores Ltd at ground floor level and 96 apartments above. The scheme represents an extension to Cricklewood Town Centre. Affordable housing requirements were secured using the 20% discount market rent model (at 7% of the total units where policy required 30%). We are currently in process of discharging conditions.
