Working in the historic heart of Norwich with AWW Architects and Node Urban Design we have secured planning permission for the repurposing and part redevelopment of the former department store.
The project will create a vibrant mixed-use, city centre scheme accommodating 90 bedroom hotel, supermarket and flexible shop units (food & beverage, services, retail) alongside public realm improvements.
