Williams Gallagher is an independent town planning consultancy founded in 2017 by experienced practitioners Matthew Williams and Heather Arnell (née Gallagher).

Our growing team are expert town planning advisors to landowners, developers, landlords, tenants, institutional investors and public bodies. We provide a comprehensive town planning service across a variety of development sectors. This service extends to the preparation of planning appraisals & strategy advice, coordinating, preparing and submitting planning applications & appeals, the coordination of EIAs, acting as expert witness at appeal, site promotion & development plan engagement, advice in connection with planning obligations & CIL, pre-application community engagement and the preparation of planning-related evidence studies.
